Happy New Year! We’re on Vacation til January 5, 2010

Howdy Lil’ Ghouls & Goblins,

Been a year since I posted any messages for you and there are reasons why. So without further ado I will explain in short all that has happened.

First I’d like to let you know we are trying to take a mini working vacation again this years end. You may be saying to yourselves TRYING? what do you mean trying? Well, last year we tried to take a few weeks off for the first time in 10 years and I got the flu bug or something for the first 6-7 days (flat layed out), then Mom caught it, then I caught again, then immediately days after recovering from all of that Mom had a clogged heart artery and had to go in for immediate surgery which was VERY SCARY! Then some complications happened and back to the hospital she went. She’s doing better although heart disease runs in the family history so say a prayer for her, she’s a great MOM!

I have not posted a blog for the past year because it’s been some kind of crazy around here, doing the best we can during this entire past year. But the GOOD NEWS is we made it thru in one piece! Thank the Good Lord!

A few updates quickly as we are on a working vacation right now until January 5, 2010 completing inventory, upgrading pages, adding new merchandise, categories & all that fun daunting stuff! I’ll be monitoring the web site, emails, keeping inventory updated and will begin shipping again on Tuesday, January 5, 2010.

I will also take the time to answer questions when I can and the BEST NEWS is in February or March 2010 I will be taking 2 weeks OFF to FINISH my 2nd Edition Living Dead Dolls Collectors’ Guide Book. I’ve tried & tried to get it done but bewteen running the web site, processing orders and answering emails, phones & placing wholesale orders by the end of the day I don’t have any time left to work on my book so the ONLY way I can see to get it done is to take off and JUST DO IT!

That’s the plan anyway so if ANYONE would like to HELP ME please email me and let me know you want to help, only if your committed though as this takes lots of time. I will give you credit in the book for helping me. If you contribute a lot of work then I’ll give you a signed & number copy of the book for FREE to say thanks.

Talk to you all soon! And wait until you see all the NEW LDD coming out in the next few months along with new Tech Deck, Bakugan, Pez and well just too much too list in this blog. Oh and ONE more bit of news…..DON’T forget…..I mean SERIOUSLY DON’T FORGET to pre order your LDD Series 19 Set of dolls because we are giving away a FREE REALISTIC set of Vampire Teeth. Welcome 2 our Lil’ Toy Shop

Well kids we’re back from a rather lengthy time off. We took a vacation, then we got the flu all the way around for everyone, then we had relatives in from out of town. So we had about 30-40 days of very strange events! All is good now and we’re fired up and ready to go.

Our previous plans of opening our new LDD pages was stalled but we’re back at it and hopefully it won’t be too much longer before we get it opened up and running for business. So check back soon. I’ll be posting more stuff in the coming weeks and months.

Water for Life 2009

We are ALSO very EXCITED to let you know when you shop here at Wacky Stacker a portion of your purchase is going to a NEED that is so GREAT and beyond what most of us can imagine. We donate 10% and MORE of our profits to our favorite missionary service Life Outreach International LIFE’s main goal is preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, Mission Feeding, Water for Life, Life Centers, Crisis Releif and many others. The program we are most interested in for 2009 is a project called Water for Life LIFE Outreach International has been digging water wells for 10 years now and we thought for our 10th year of business we’d join them in digging some wells in the Water for LIFE project.

We’re Going On Vacation Jan 10-18

January 8, 2009

We have decided at the last minute we want to go on vacation from January 10-18, 2009. WackyStacker.com has never closed, we have never taken any substantial time off in the 10 years since we opened. So we have decided we need a few days off to regroup.

Our web site store will remain open and you may purchase items but they will not ship until the week of January 19, 2009. We’ll of course be monitoring the orders and site but will not be processing or shipping any orders during that scheduled time off. We plan to use this time to work on our store, add new categories and finally OPEN our new USED Living Dead Dolls pages. So you see we are not really going on vacation. We just need this time to get the store re stocked and fired up after the busy holiday season.

We’ll be going through storage & old stock. When that happens we never know what we’ll unearth. So we’ll be having some sales and adding more items to our Clearance pages. There will be a lot going on so you may want to check back often so you don’t miss out on any special goodies.

We want to wish all of you a Happy New Year and hope 2009 will be a wonderful blessed year for YOU! We will have a lot of new things going for 2009. Right now we’re trying to get over the busy holiday season which always leaves us tired. We should be taking a badly needed vacation but instead we are going to work on getting some NEW FUN things completed on the web site.

Here are a few new things you can look forward to for 2009.

1) We’ll be opening our USED Living Dead Dolls pages with lots of opend dolls, accessories, coffins, lids and other interesting items for you to browse and purchase. You can check out the page by visiting here: USED Living Dead Dolls

2) We’ve finally found a manufacturer and our bringing back our awesome WackyStacker Coffin Shaped Display cases, each will display one or two Living Dead Doll, there will be singles, doubles and even mini size cases. 3) We’ll be expanding our New Bakuagan section, the MOST POPULAR toy on the market! We played this game for kicks and to see what all the excitement was about. To my surprise it was SUPER FUN! I understand the hype, the draw, the WOW factor and so should you! For those of you who don’t know what it is. QUICKLY: It is like old fashioned marbles, only in 21st Centruy style. Update for the Christmas Shoes Project

OK we blew past our goal of 600 pairs of shoes with a final purchase of 125 pairs of shoes which put us at 656 pairs of shoes. Thanks be to God and ALL of you who purchased toys from our Lil’ Toy Shop in Novemeber 2008. What a FUN thing it was to put shoes on all the little chilcren in need around the world.

Thanks to ALL of YOU, we’re ALMOST there!

We just purchased 281 more pairs of shoes, that leaves only 69 more pairs to go.
Way to go everyone! It’s only $3.20 per pair so we should be able to meet that goal
and perhaps blow by it.

Then we’ll be back to giving to the “House of Destiny” helping children who are abused in
